Individual slice: Plate slice in a bowl using the edge of the bowl to support heel of crust. Thaw under room temperature for 4 hours. Heat in 1700 watt microwave for 20 seconds. For warmer product, heat in 1700 watt microwave for 30seconds.
Whole pie: defrost at room temperature in shrink-wrap for 16 hours. Reheat product in convection oven at 30°f for 15 minutes, crumbs will be crisped and caramelized.
Holds best when kept covered in cooler away from the door and from foods with strong odors.
